About our founder

Sarah is a Health and Transformational Nutrition Coach (CTNC), Essential Oil distributor, certified Occupational Therapist and certified Go Diaper Free coach and so much more… 😉

She works with families that are interested in taking care of their health and wellness naturally. Sarah believes in empowering and educating people so that they can make the right choices for their individual needs and circumstances.

Sarah helps her clients to make lasting changes in their health habits that are not limited to dietary intervention. Her programs incorporate emotional wellness and focus on a higher purpose. Complete transformation starts when you combine mind, body, and spirit in a fully integrative way. Her goal is to help you achieve this lasting transformation on all levels of your personal health and wellness journey.

Over time this little wellness community has grown to include a number of professionals and voluntary contributors. You will find several voices throughout the page. Happy discovering 😉

Sarah has partnered up with incredible women to bring together a range of wisdom, earned experience, professional skills and creativity that can serve you in your particular situation.

When YOU decide to work with us, we will match you up with your personal “fairy godmother” aka wellness coach, who will gently support and guide you and give you the tools and strategies to carry on autonomously after a while.
